Bobby Kashani | President
Bob Kashani is the founder of Olive Avenue Homes Inc., an infield luxury residential real estate developer. Mr. Kashani has completed over $120 million worth of residential real estate projects over the past 8 years and funded over $40 million of JV partnership developments whereby Mr. Kashani acted as capital partner in various in-field luxury developments. All his projects were in coastal markets, almost all exclusively in Downtown Huntington Beach, Newport Beach (Peninsula/Lido Island), Corona Del Mar, West LA and Santa Monica, CA.
In prior years, he owned and operated Parse Wealth Management, an independent investment advisory and wealth management firm servicing affluent investors with financial planning, securities portfolio management, and credit related services. In this position, Bob directed all of the company’s investment activities, oversaw portfolio management, managed the company’s capital relationships and was responsible for all of the company’s day-to-day operations.
He started his early career in Banking, working initially with Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Investments and then later with Bank of America as a Client Wealth Manager out of Newport Center/Fashion Island. He studied finance, economics and investments at California State University of Fullerton and obtained his bachelor's degree in finance. He holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and earned his professional CFP designation (Certified Financial Planner TM) which he holds still today.
Bob lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two young children. He's an avid surfer and follower and reader of all-things in history/antiquity.
Farzan Nemat | Satori House Construction Inc.
Farzan is President of Satori House Construction Inc, which serves as the exclusive General Contractor for Olive Avenue Homes. Farzan is a master builder and architectural designer with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate development. With over 70 distinctive luxury homes overseen since 2016, Mr. Nemat has a distinguished track record of delivering some of the most sought-after luxury properties in Orange County.
He began his design career with Ware Malcolm in 2005, as a project designer working exclusively on luxury auto dealerships throughout Southern California. In 2008, Farzan founded MSTRF Studios, a furniture design and manufacturing studio producing high-end original furnishings with a focus on the ultra-luxury interior home furniture market. In 2016, Farzan joined Bob Kashani and brought his extensive experience in high-end interior design and fine carpentry to advance the custom home making process.
Farzan studied design and architecture and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture from The Art Institute of California. He also holds his General Contractors license in California and is the exclusive builder in Huntington Beach for Olive Avenue Homes.
Farzan currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife. His design sensibility is influenced by his extensive travels and a keen interest in sacred geometry, natural forms and history of modern design.
Eric Trabert | ETA
Eric Trabert and Associates Inc. of Southern California is an award-winning Architectural Design firm offering some of the most distinctive, innovative and inspiring ideas in in residential custom home design.
For over 6 years, ETA has been the exclusive architect for Olive Avenue Homes. Eric and his team design and manage all architectural aspects of every home built by Olive Avenue Homes.
ETA has been featured on various TV programs as lead architects for high profile TV personalities in their pursuit of building custom homes. ETA is behind hundreds of high profile coveted OC properties located in Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Covenant Hills, and other sought after coastal markets.
Eric has received several awards including: Award of Merit (California Best Custom Home), MAME Award (Special Award of Excellence, Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence), and Best in American Living Award (Silver, Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home)
Brian Wollner | Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Group
The Wollner Group of Coldwell Banker is the exclusive listing agency for Olive Avenue Homes in the Coastal Huntington Beach Market. Brian Wollner is the director the group and proudly represents many sought after homes in Orange County.
Brian Wollner embarked on his career as a residential real estate agent over a decade ago. Having sold hundreds of properties throughout coastal Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire,
Brian brings extensive knowledge of countless communities and market conditions. Tracking stock market data, treasury bond markets and supply and demand in Real Estate markets, allows The Wollner Group to help consult clients on when and how to make the best decisions possible. Brian prides himself on giving his clients the most honest advice at all times, which in some circumstances actually leads to walking away from deals.
